1. Scheduling and Coordination

Call us or submit a quote request and we’ll confirm your delivery window within the hour during business hours. We work around your schedule and can accommodate same-day requests for most bed models.

2. Professional Delivery

Our technicians arrive in a company vehicle with all equipment pre-inspected and ready. We bring the bed, mattress, accessories, and all necessary tools. Nothing extra to buy or borrow.

3. In-Home Assembly

We assemble the complete bed in your chosen room -frame, motors, side rails, mattress, and all accessories. We’ll work with your room layout to ensure proper clearance for caregiver access and safe transfers.

4. Motor and Safety Testing

Before we demonstrate anything to you, we test every motor function, check all electrical connections, verify caster locks, and confirm side rails engage properly. If anything isn’t perfect, we resolve it on the spot.

5. Hands-On Training

This is the most important part of our visit. We train both the patient and the caregiver on:
